Scan it.
Get the truth.

Thresh is a barcode scanner for your phone that gives you an honest verdict on whether a product is what it claims. Not what the label says. Not what the marketing implies. What it actually is.

I'm building it because I work inside the food supply chain and I know how wide the gap is between the label and the truth. Thresh closes that gap — one scan at a time.

Scan any barcode

Point your phone at a product in the grocery store. Thresh looks up what's actually in it.

Get an honest verdict

Every product gets one of five verdicts: Real, Caution, Not What It Claims, Ultra Processed, or Unverified. No scores, no stars — just a straight answer.

See exactly why

Flagged ingredients are highlighted inline. Label claims are decoded. You see the reasoning, not just the result.

Thresh is working and being tested. I'm building out the verified product database and working toward an App Store release. No timeline promises — but it's coming.

The best way to follow the build is the newsletter. I write about what I'm learning as I go — the food data, the scoring logic, and the gap between what grocery labels claim and what's true.
